We know we’re having a successful day at D-tox when the phones are ringing off the hook. You can hear our staff talking to customers about their portable toilet hire needs, relaying information to Drivers tank empty locations, confirming details with site staff and passing messages about water deliveries onto our office and yard staff. There’s a real buzz in the air, because communications is one of our greatest attributes, and here’s how we do it.

You’re Not Just A Number.

As a Family run business, we pride ourselves on knowing our customers by name. We get to know you and when you pick up the phone to us we’ll already have an idea of what you need. The bottom line is you’re important to us and we’ll do our best to assist you to ensure your sanitation needs are met. If we can go above and beyond, even better!

We Have A Dedicated Customer Service Team

Our customer service team, know the ins and outs of scheduling our jobs to enable maximum work done, as environmentally friendly and as economically as possible. They know our drivers, their roles, what vehicles they are driving, what they can carry and are our ‘eye in the sky’ when it comes to tracking and monitoring. Do you need to know how far our driver is away from your site? Give us a call and we can relay real time information to you. Their knowledge and experience is second to none.

Immediate Access To Job Status

Every job is confirmed whether it's delivery, servicing, collection or tanker directly to your inbox as soon as it has been done. We additionally provide photos of the job onsite with your confirmation – perfect for when you’re not present or even out the country. We’ll still kept you informed of what’s going on so you have complete traceability.

On the odd occasion there are issues onsite, we have a JNC (job not complete) procedure. This could relate to the site being locked or a vehicle or skip blocking the units we need to service or move. If this happens we will talk directly to you to see how this can be resolved.

Long Established Customers

We have an abundance of customers who return to us for toilets again and again. Some of our clients have been using us for years for their toilet hire and servicing. We know this is because we offer a professional, quality service and it’s something we’re very proud of.

Knowledge Sharing

We learn from the information our customer pass to us. If there is a location with complicated instructions to get on site, Let us know, and we’ll pass this onto the driver. If you need additional servicing, we’ll get it booked in. If there’s a build up of traffic delaying our visit to the site – we can let you know. Details are important to you, so they’re important to us too.
